Indoor Cycling Instructor Application Information
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming an Indoor Cycling Instructor at Eclair.
At éclair, we do more than just ride. Our studio is a safe space for everyone to show up exactly as they are, to push limits, and to feel empowered by movement.
As an instructor, you’re at the heart of that experience. You set the tone, build the atmosphere, and help riders discover just how strong they can feel.
A week as an Éclair cycling coach? Think rhythm, sweat, and creativity. Most of us teach 2-6 classes a week, balancing time on the bike with time off to reset and recharge. Outside of the class, be ready to spend time crafting playlists, building your class flow, and finding inspiration, because great rides start with inspired instructors.
Teaching Indoor Cycling is both an exciting opportunity, and a significant time commitment. Please consider your current availability to teach a minimum of two classes per week and prepare your classes on a weekly basis before applying.
Qualifications:
1. Prior Indoor Rhythm Cycling Teaching Experience If little or no prior teaching experience, you will need to attend the Eclair Indoor Cycling Academy. The next Academy will take place between September and October 2026 and consist of 6, 3-hour sessions, as well as practice time in between sessions to prepare.
2. Strong Command of the English Language Ability to teach, motivate and explain exercises in English. All of the classes at Eclair are taught in English.
3. Teaching Demo/Community Ride After your academy, you will be invited to teach a Community Ride to fellow instructors, friends and family as your demo. If you have prior experience, we will bring you in for a 30-minute demo.
